1. English speaking Tour Guide Service
The prices above include the vehicle you prefer and a licensed driver. Most of the drivers cannot speak any English. If you want to use an English speaking tour guide for your Beijing airport transfer or limo service listed above, please pay extra amount ranging from USD 10 to USD 100 per the different number of your travelling party. 2.About Our vehicles
Our air-conditioned and well-shaped vehicles, which are licensed with insurance,clean, tidy and odour-and damage-free and equipped with air-conditioning.
1-2 traveling Party: we offer cars
3-5 traveling Party: we offer vans
6-15 travelling Party: we offer 22-seat coach
16-25 traveling Party: we offer 33-seat coach
26-45 traveling party: we offer 55-seat coach
3.About our drivers
All our drivers have the official licenses with at least over 3 years' driving experience. They are All drivers, properly dressed are familiar with the region.
4. About your car rental confirmation
Our real trip advisors will have contact you either by email or telephone. We offer one to one real person contact. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email which includes the confirmed detailed itinerary with prices.
5. About our payment
Prepayment is needed to hold your reservation. Cash payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. Both RMB and US$ or other hard currencies are acceptable.
6. About Cancellation
50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation less than 2 working days before the service. No show will be charged fully.
Terms of Services:
1. Luggage handling charge is included. Tipping is not compulsory. Tips to driver are NOT included.
2. Tunnel tolls and bridge toll for Airport transfer & Local transfer are inclusive.
3. Additional transition charge of USD10 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to destination.
4. The maximum capacity of luggage compartment is the limit of luggage handling limit.
5. Service between 23:00-07:00 requires extra USD5 per trip.
6. Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited to total loss USD50 per piece and a maximum claim of USD100 in the case of one passenger irrespective of any number of baggage claimed.
7. beijing-tours.cn assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger's claim.
