People can now experience what the old Beijing looked like and how the people lived in ancient time while shopping in the modern mall Sun Dong An Plaza on Wangfujing street in downtown Beijing. The so-called “Old Beijing Street ” formally opened on June 28, 2000 and it designed in archaism, displaying the royal court and civilians’ town picture and folk stories during Ming and Qing dynasties.
Old Beijing Street has 60 shops including 40 famous brand stores and some entertainment and relaxing places such as food street, a tea house, a culture street, a magic house and the four-room courtyard.
