There are two media villages for the Beijing Olympic Games – North Star and Huiyuan, with a total reception capacity of 7,000 people. They will provide a comfortable living environment for media and working staff from countries around the world. North Star Media Village, with a total reception capacity of 6,000 people, is located at the east side of northern Olympic Forest Park. Huiyuan Media Village, located in the Asian Games Village, which used to function as the athletes apartments during the 1990 Asian Games, can accommodate l,000 journalists during the Beijing Olympics Games.

North Star: Beiyuan, Andingmenwai, Chaoyang District;
Huiyuan : To the northeastern of Huibin Office Building, Beichen East Road, Chaoyang District.
North Star: Get off at Beiyuan Lukoubei Station of Subway Line 5.
Huiyuan: Take Subway Line 8 to Olympic Sports Center Station, and walk on 15 minutes.
